“Not only was the inside repair completed, Nic also checked my old antenna was secure and messaged that evening to make sure all was going well.”

Free-to-air TV by satellite, installed and aligned for the valley towns with one transmitter and no second tower behind it, plus Foxtel installs and service calls across the Coffs Coast.
Coramba and Nana Glen give us more reception trouble than anywhere else we work, and the terrain is why. Each is reached by exactly one transmitter: Mount Moombil, a 1,031 m mountain about 26 km west-south-west of Coffs Harbour. It runs up to 210 kW, and even that much power cannot beat what stands in between. At Coramba a 481 m ridge just 4.3 km out of town cuts 161 m into the only signal path, with no second tower to fall back on. Glenreagh is on the same single transmitter, furthest out at 32.2 km, with a 572 m ridge sitting 56 m into the path. No other tower reaches the town at all.
That is where satellite earns its place. VAST delivers the free-to-air channels from a satellite, straight over whatever the terrain puts in the way, and we install and align those systems across the coast and the valley. Eligibility runs address by address rather than town by town, so we start by checking what reception your place can genuinely get. Foxtel is the other side of the work: new dishes installed and set up, and service calls when an existing system plays up.

Not sure if it is worth a call? If any of these sound familiar, we can help.

It depends on the system and where the dish goes. The call-out fee is $99 for the first half hour. We give you the full price up front and only get started once you are happy with it.
VAST delivers the free-to-air channels by satellite, for homes that cannot get usable antenna reception. The signal comes down from the satellite instead of across the ranges, so the ridge between your home and the transmitter stops mattering.
It depends on the address, not the town, so we will not promise it by suburb. We check your spot, see what antenna reception you can genuinely get, and if satellite is the right route we set it up and align it. If a better antenna would do the job, we say that instead.
No. VAST is television, the free-to-air channels arriving by satellite. Starlink is internet. They are two different systems doing two different jobs, and we install both.
Yes. We install new Foxtel systems and take service calls to get existing ones working again.
If an antenna cannot hold a picture at your place, satellite is usually the answer. We can check your spot and tell you straight.
Tell us what is going on and a team member will call you back, usually the same day.
