“Not only was the inside repair completed, Nic also checked my old antenna was secure and messaged that evening to make sure all was going well.”

Bellingen & Urunga
Antennas and reception for Urunga's coastal streets, Starlink and boosters for the blocks back toward the hills.
No obligation. A local picks up, not a call centre.
Urunga, where the Bellinger and Kalang rivers meet the sea, holds a quiet record on our books: the cleanest transmitter path in the whole service area, clearing the terrain by 139 m on its way to Mount Moombil, 25.2 km to the north-west. So on the coastal streets the work is honest antenna work, installed right, aimed right, sealed against the salt. Back toward the hinterland it changes, with blocks in the folds of the hills leaning on Starlink for internet or a booster for mobile signal, and we fit out both.
Closer to the water it is salt-resistant mounts and stainless fixings; 1.6 km from the coast is close enough for corrosion to do its slow work. Further out it is often a site visit first, because the right answer changes block by block.

The clearest in our service area. The path from town to Mount Moombil, 25.2 km to the north-west, clears the highest ground in the way by 139 m. No other town we cover has that much headroom. Individual blocks still vary, so we confirm with a meter, but the starting position here is as good as this coast offers.
Because the transmitter is inland: Mount Moombil, north-west of town, carrying channels 35 to 39 at up to 210 kW. Sealy Lookout near Korora is the only other site that reaches Urunga, so an antenna here points at the mountains, not the sea.
Terrain pockets change the answer property by property. Where the antenna cannot get a clean result, VAST satellite TV covers the television side, with eligibility confirmed for the address. Mobile and internet are separate systems again: boosters for phone signal, Starlink for internet, and we install all of it.
Yes. One year on parts and two years on workmanship, plus free phone advice if something plays up after we have gone.
Most reception problems come down to the antenna, the cabling or the signal level. We test it on site and fix the actual cause, not just the symptom.
Yes. We install and align Starlink, and fit 4G and 5G signal boosters for homes and rural properties the towers struggle to reach.
The call-out fee is $99 and covers the first half hour on site. If the job needs more than that, you get the full price before any work begins, and we never carry on into extra work without checking with you first.
Tell us what is going on and a team member will call you back, usually the same day.
