“Not only was the inside repair completed, Nic also checked my old antenna was secure and messaged that evening to make sure all was going well.”

Orara Valley
Boosters, Starlink, satellite TV and antenna work for Glenreagh village and the timber country around it.
No obligation. A local picks up, not a call centre.
Glenreagh is the top end of our Orara Valley run, timber country up the Orara Way past Nana Glen. The reception facts are simple to state. One transmitter reaches the village, Mount Moombil, 32.2 km to the south-south-west. There is no second tower behind it, and a 572 m ridge 15.4 km out sits 56 m into the path. What that adds up to on your particular block is exactly what we come and measure, no promises in either direction until the meter has had its say. Alongside the TV work we install Starlink for internet and signal boosters for mobile coverage on the bigger blocks.
At 20.8 km from the coast, Glenreagh is the most inland town we cover, so salt never enters the conversation; terrain owns every reception question here. Where an antenna cannot get a clean result, VAST satellite TV does not depend on the ridge, and eligibility is a per-address check.

One transmitter reaches the village: Mount Moombil, 32.2 km to the south-south-west, with no second tower in range. A 572 m ridge 15.4 km from town sits 56 m into the signal path. How that plays out at an individual house varies, which is why we measure on site rather than quoting a prediction.
VAST satellite television. It comes off a satellite rather than the Moombil tower, so the terrain between here and the mountain stops mattering. We install and align VAST systems; whether an address qualifies for the service is checked for that address, never assumed for the whole town.
Channels 35 to 39, between 578.5 and 606.5 MHz. ABC and SBS broadcast from there at 210 kW and the commercial networks at 150 kW, all horizontally polarised. Every TV in Glenreagh that runs off an antenna is tuned to that group.
Yes. One year on parts and two years on workmanship, plus free phone advice if something plays up after we have gone.
Most reception problems come down to the antenna, the cabling or the signal level. We test it on site and fix the actual cause, not just the symptom.
Yes. We install and align Starlink, and fit 4G and 5G signal boosters for homes and rural properties the towers struggle to reach.
The call-out fee is $99 and covers the first half hour on site. If the job needs more than that, you get the full price before any work begins, and we never carry on into extra work without checking with you first.
Tell us what is going on and a team member will call you back, usually the same day.
