“Not only was the inside repair completed, Nic also checked my old antenna was secure and messaged that evening to make sure all was going well.”

Coffs Harbour & south
Antenna installs, reception repairs, wall mounting and WiFi across Coffs. Home base for Nic and the team, 26 years on Coffs Coast roofs.
No obligation. A local picks up, not a call centre.
Coffs Harbour looks simple on paper: Mount Moombil, 24.8 km west, 150 kW, the strongest predicted signal in town. On a roof it is messier, because a 409 m ridge 7.3 km out cuts 100 m into that path, and whether the shadow touches your place depends on the street. That is why the city ends up using three transmitters: Moombil for most of it, Sealy Lookout above Korora for some streets, the Toormina reservoir tower for others. We are based here, so the routine is the same every time: meter first, then aim, from the older homes around the Jetty to the newer estates up in West Coffs.
The water is about 1.6 km from the town centre, close enough that coastal-grade mounts stay the default on Coffs roofs. Inside, the jobs run the range: wall-mounted TVs, WiFi blackspots, data cabling.

Usually Mount Moombil, 24.8 km west of town on channels 35 to 39, broadcasting at 150 kW for the commercial networks and 210 kW for ABC and SBS. Sealy Lookout (channels 41 to 45) and the Toormina reservoir tower (channels 46 to 50) also cover parts of the city, which is why we meter at your house before aiming anything.
Terrain. A 409 m ridge 7.3 km west of town stands in the Mount Moombil path, 100 m deep, and the shadow it casts varies street by street. A house inside the shadow often does better on one of the two smaller local towers, which is a different aim and a different channel group, not a bigger antenna.
Yes. Moombil carries 35 to 39, Sealy Lookout 41 to 45, and the Toormina reservoir site 46 to 50. All UHF, all horizontally polarised, but not interchangeable: when an antenna changes towers, the TVs behind it need a retune to pick up the new group.
Yes. We design, install and service MATV systems, the shared antenna setups that feed every unit in a strata block, motel or aged care building from one properly set-up system. If a whole building's TV is playing up rather than one unit's, that is usually where the fault lives.
Yes. One year on parts and two years on workmanship, plus free phone advice if something plays up after we have gone.
Most reception problems come down to the antenna, the cabling or the signal level. We test it on site and fix the actual cause, not just the symptom.
Yes. We install and align Starlink, and fit 4G and 5G signal boosters for homes and rural properties the towers struggle to reach.
The call-out fee is $99 and covers the first half hour on site. If the job needs more than that, you get the full price before any work begins, and we never carry on into extra work without checking with you first.
Tell us what is going on and a team member will call you back, usually the same day.
