Aerial repairs, new antennas, reception fixes and wall mounting for Sawtell's beachside streets.
No obligation. A local picks up, not a call centre.
Sawtell's TV runs off the Toormina reservoir tower, 2.7 km inland, with Mount Moombil behind it as a second option, so the transmitter side of the street is well covered. The older beachside homes are where the real work is: aerials and cabling that went up decades ago, corroded by salt off the headland, struggling with digital channels they were never cut for. We test what is up there, replace what is past it, and keep what still works.
The village is mapped at zero kilometres from the coast, right by Bonville Headland, so every fastener we put on a Sawtell roof is stainless and every mount corrosion-resistant. Cheap hardware this close to the water is just a repair booked in advance.

Rarely the transmitter, which is only 2.7 km away at the Toormina reservoir. The usual culprits are older aerials and cabling in the established beachside homes, plus salt-corroded fittings and connections. That is why we test the whole run before replacing anything: often the antenna is fine and a corroded fitting is the actual fault.
West-north-west at the Toormina reservoir tower for most homes, on channels 46 to 50. Mount Moombil, on channels 35 to 39, is the alternative. The two use different channel groups, so if an aerial gets re-aimed, the TVs behind it need a retune.
Often, yes. Near the beach the antenna element regularly outlasts the hardware holding it up, so paying for new corrosion-resistant mounts, stainless fixings and fresh cable can restore a picture without a new aerial. We test first and only replace what the readings say is gone.
Yes. One year on parts and two years on workmanship, plus free phone advice if something plays up after we have gone.
Most reception problems come down to the antenna, the cabling or the signal level. We test it on site and fix the actual cause, not just the symptom.
Yes. We install and align Starlink, and fit 4G and 5G signal boosters for homes and rural properties the towers struggle to reach.
The call-out fee is $99 and covers the first half hour on site. If the job needs more than that, you get the full price before any work begins, and we never carry on into extra work without checking with you first.
Tell us what is going on and a team member will call you back, usually the same day.
