Your local TV team in Orara Valley

The Orara Valley is where our name comes from, the farming country running up behind Coffs through Coramba, Nana Glen and Glenreagh toward Karangi. It is not one reception story. The valley is served by Mount Moombil, and what reaches any given property depends on the ridges around it, which is why each of those towns has its own page with its own transmitter facts. What holds valley-wide is the work: Starlink installs for internet, VAST satellite TV where an antenna cannot get a clean result, boosters for mobile signal, and antennas where the terrain allows one.

Inland means no salt eating the hardware, so valley jobs come down to terrain and placement. If you are anywhere between Coramba and Glenreagh, the town pages carry the transmitter detail, and a meter reading at your place settles the rest.

Our most commonly asked questions

Which towns make up the Orara Valley?

Roughly Coramba, Nana Glen and Glenreagh, plus the country between them across to Karangi. We cover each of those towns individually, and their pages carry the specific transmitter and terrain facts for each one, because reception in this valley changes a lot from one town to the next.

What TV options exist on a valley property?

An antenna aimed at Mount Moombil where the terrain gives it a workable path, or VAST satellite television where it does not. We install and align both. VAST eligibility is checked for your address; it is never something we assume for an area.

Is Starlink the same thing as satellite TV?

No. Starlink is internet. VAST is television. They use different dishes, solve different problems, and one does not replace the other. We install both across the valley, often on the same visit, but we will always tell you plainly which problem each one fixes.

Do you guarantee your work?

Yes. One year on parts and two years on workmanship, plus free phone advice if something plays up after we have gone.

My picture keeps dropping out, can you fix reception?

Most reception problems come down to the antenna, the cabling or the signal level. We test it on site and fix the actual cause, not just the symptom.

Can you get me internet where there is no good signal?

Yes. We install and align Starlink, and fit 4G and 5G signal boosters for homes and rural properties the towers struggle to reach.

How does pricing work?

The call-out fee is $99 and covers the first half hour on site. If the job needs more than that, you get the full price before any work begins, and we never carry on into extra work without checking with you first.
