“Not only was the inside repair completed, Nic also checked my old antenna was secure and messaged that evening to make sure all was going well.”

Northern beaches
Korora's TV comes off the hill above town rather than the mountain, and we set up antennas, reception, boosters and WiFi to suit.
No obligation. A local picks up, not a call centre.
Korora is the odd one out on this coast. Mount Moombil's 210 kW signal carries most of the region, but a 313 m ridge 4.1 km out shadows Korora completely, putting the path 102 m into obstruction, and the coverage data rates the mountain signal here as unlikely. What does the job instead is the small Axicom monopole at Sealy Lookout, 1.5 km up the hill: 150 watts, channels 41 to 45, clear shot. So a Korora antenna points south-south-east at the hill above town, not west at the mountain, and with no third option in range, the aim, height and cabling have to be right.
The streets here climb, and signal changes with roof height, so we meter at the house rather than trusting a map. And at 1.8 km from Opal Cove Beach, the salt still gets a say in what we bolt to a Korora roof.

Because the mountain cannot see Korora. Mount Moombil is 210 kW and carries most of this coast, but a 313 m ridge 4.1 km from town blocks its path by 102 m, and the coverage data rates it unlikely here. The 150 watt monopole at Sealy Lookout, 1.5 km away in the Orara East State Forest, has the clear line, so that is where the antenna faces: south-south-east, at the hill.
No, and Korora is the only town on our run where a second tower is in range and still no use, because the ridge shadows it out. Everything rides on a well-installed antenna facing Sealy Lookout, which is why we put real care into aim, mounting height and the cable run here.
Channels 41 to 45, between 620.5 and 648.5 MHz, horizontally polarised. That is a different group from Mount Moombil's 35 to 39, so a TV moved here from elsewhere on the coast needs a retune once the antenna is sorted.
It can, for an individual block that cannot get a clean line to Sealy Lookout. Satellite is the route that ignores the local terrain. We install and align VAST systems; whether an address qualifies is checked for that address rather than assumed for the suburb.
Yes. One year on parts and two years on workmanship, plus free phone advice if something plays up after we have gone.
Most reception problems come down to the antenna, the cabling or the signal level. We test it on site and fix the actual cause, not just the symptom.
Yes. We install and align Starlink, and fit 4G and 5G signal boosters for homes and rural properties the towers struggle to reach.
The call-out fee is $99 and covers the first half hour on site. If the job needs more than that, you get the full price before any work begins, and we never carry on into extra work without checking with you first.
Tell us what is going on and a team member will call you back, usually the same day.
