This is hard to answer without actually testing the reception at your actual location. We suggest you call to book a time for us to come out and run some tests. 


Yes, we can do this for you. Simply call us to schedule a time to visit.


Mostly, however, the experience is not as good. You will need to switch in and out of apps when watching FTA channels, and the numbers may be unfamiliar. Local news is not always available on the apps. You will also need a good internet connection and a smart TV. Broadcast TV is free so why not use it!


A Starlink connection is needed only if you currently have a poor NBN connection. Most of the Coffs Coast has good NBN network so if you have a poor connection, ie. low speeds, its best to first investigate with your service provider, or call us out for an assessment. If you currently have an NBN satellite service then we would highly recommend switching to Starlink.


Choosing a new TV can be daunting as it can be a big expense. The decision should be based on usability, can it access all the apps you want, and of course, your budget. The cheaper end of the market will often have poor picture and sound quality. If you want us to install your TV, then simply call us and we will guide you through your options, weighing up budget, quality, asess what the TV will be used for, including ease of operation, and apps.


Yes! Wall mounting a sound bar needs to be done carefully and professionally. Poorly mounted sound bars bring down the aesthetics of a nicely installed TV. They need to be dead level, centred with the TV, and have the cabling concealed to provide the best experience. Call us for more details.


Yes, it is always better to pre-wire your new home or commercial premises. Ensure you have the discussion with your electrician before they start. Better still, call us to arrange a pre-wire and we can discuss the precise requirements like wifi access points, whether or not the TVs will be wall mounted, etc.

If however, you have already built and forgotten to add TV and data points, we are experts at retrofitting cables. call us for more details.


Channel 7 and 10 have changed the format of their broadcast, this means a lot of TVs that are older than 2017 do not have the capability of decoding this new broadcast. The solution to this is either buy a new TV or purchase a new set top box to fit to your old TV.  We can help you set up your TV or help to install a set top box. Call us for more details.
